Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

A SIGNATURE offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as:

  • shipping carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • high shipping volume

A SIGNATURE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, A Signature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, A SIGNATURE may only ship within the United States. International shipping availability may change in the future.
