2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are placed through our website.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.

A Signature reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect pricing
  • product availability
  • incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If an order is canceled after payment has been made, the customer will receive a full refund.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

A SIGNATURE offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. A SIGNATURE is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

A Signature reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.

4. FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS)

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. Fragrance perception may vary from person to person due to individual skin chemistry. A Signature cannot guarantee how a fragrance will smell on each individual. 

A SIGNATURE does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

If approved, A Signature may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, A SIGNATURE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Perfumes sold by A Signature are for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Customers should review product ingredients and descriptions before purchasing to avoid potential allergic reactions.

A SIGNATURE is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
